Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) violated the
current Agreement when it assigned Laborer E. Yuhasz to steam clean
traction motors on June 4, 1979 at Albany/Rensselaer in New York.
2. That accordingly, the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak)
should be ordered to compensate Electrician R. Wing with eight (8)
hours at the applicable electricians' rate.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
