addition Referee David Dolnick when award was rendered.

Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the National Railroad Passenger Corporation violated the current
agreement, particularly Rule 13(f) Overtime, when it failed to assign
Electrician H. Rhodes to work overtime in the Passenger Car Trim Shop on
November 10, 1979 at Beech Grove, Indiana.
2. That accordingly, the carrier should be ordered to additionally compensate
Electrician H. Rhodes with eight (8) hours pay at the applicable time and
one half electricians' rate in order to make him whole.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request front
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
