Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That under the current Agreement, the National Railroad Passenger
Corporation (Amtrak) unjustly denied Electrician Benjamin Parisi, Penn
Station, New York, a vacation December, 8 1980 through December 12, 1980,
and unjustly assigned him a vacation September 8, 1980 through September
12, 1980 in violation of the current Agreement effective September 1,
1975 as amended, in particular Appendic "C" Item 4(a).
2. That-accordingly, the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak)
should be ordered to additionally compensate the Claimant eight (8)
hours' pay for each day commencing September 8, 1980 through September 12,
1980 both dates inclusive at the applicable electrician's rate of pay.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
