Dispute: Claim of Employes,:
1. That under the current Agreement, the Consolidated Rail Corporation
(Conrail) unjustly compensated Electrician S. G. Rupich on June 2, 3,
4, 6, 13, 1980 when it assigned him to perform work not comprehended in
his regular assignment.
2. That accordingly, the Consolidated Rail Corporation (Conrail) should be
ordered to compensate Electrician S. G. Rupich an additional three (3)
hours' straight time on each of the aforementioned dates, total fifteen
(15) hours, due him under Rule 2-A-4(b) of the current Agreement in order
to make him whole.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
