Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That under the current Agreement, the National Railroad Passenger
Corporation (Amtrak) improperly assigns maintenance of facilities
electricians' work at Beech Grove, Indiana, to Electrician P. Steinbuch
who holds assigned position on maintenance of equipment work on or
about November 8, 1980.
2. That accordingly, the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak)
should be ordered to establish and maintain sufficient maintenance of
facilities electrician position at Beech Grove, Indiana and assign all
such work only to electricians working as maintenance of facilities
electricians.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
