Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That under the current Agreement, the Consolidated Rail Corporation
unjustly compensated Electrician C. E. Thomas, Enola, Pa. Locomotive
Terminal, on February 18, 1979.
2. That accordingly the Consolidated Rail Corporation should be ordered to
compensate Electrician C. E. Thomas an additional four (4) hours'
pay at the applicable Electrician's rate in order to make him whole.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
