Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That under the Current Agreement the Consolidated Rail Corporation
(Conrail) unjustly compensated Electrician J. M. McLaughlin when it assigned
him to perform work not comprehended in his regular assignment.
2. That accordingly, the Consolidated Rail Corporation (Conrail) be ordered
to compensate Electrician J. M. McLaughlin an additional three (3) hours'
straight time pay in order to make him whole.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
