Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the Louisville and Nashville Railroad company violated the current
Agreement, as amended, effective September 1, 1943 when on August 29,
1980 they unjustly removed and withheld from service, through September
12, 1980, Electrician R. B. Thompson at Nashville, Tennessee.
2. That accordingly, the Louisville and Nashville Railroad Company be ordered
to compensate Electrician R. B. Thompson for a total of ninety-two (92)
hours at $10.27 per hour, as specified in the claim.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
