1. That under the current Agreement Machinists improperly removed and
replaced the 24 volt electric starter motor on equipment identified as
the 694 Power Bag, at the Albany/Rensselaer, New York Facility of the
National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) on April 7, 1980.
2. That accordingly, the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak;)
be ordered to compensate Electricians R. Wing and J. Gibson an additional
four (4) hours' pay each as straight time rate.
,Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
