Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That under the current Agreement the National Railroad Passenger
Corporation (Amtrak) improperly assigned the work of removing and replacing
the electric starter motor on the PC #150 astazou to others on or about
April 25, 1980 at Albany/Rensselaer, New York Maintenance Facility.
2. That accordingly, the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) be
ordered to compensate Electrician T. Gullo an additional four (4) hours'
pay at the applicable straight time rate.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
