Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That under the current agreement the National Railroad Passenger
Corporation (Amtrak) improperly used Machinists to remove the No. 1
cooling fan on Unit 225 at Albany/Rensselaer, New York Maintenance
Facility of April 23, 1.980.
2. That accordingly, the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak)
be ordered to compensate Electricians B. K. Smith and H. Palmer an
additional four (4) hours' pay each at straight time rates.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
