Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Company
violated the current agreement when First Class Lineman John J.
Schultz was unjustly denied payment of retroactive wages in accordance
with the Mediation Agreement dated December 6, 1978.
2. That the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Company be
ordered to compensate First'Class Lineman John J. Schultz for all
retroactive wages due to him.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
