Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Company
violated the current agreement, when Carmen E. Braun and E. Borkowski
were improperly assigned to operate an electric crane in the Freight
Car Shop at Milwaukee Shops on August 13 and 14, 1979 and from August
27 thru September 19, 1979. The work claimed should have been
properly assigned to electrical workers Chester Kosmatka, Zigmund J.
Zaremba, Allan Schmidt, Armando Rodriguez, and Daniel J. Elliott.
2. That the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Company be
ordered to compensate the Claimants at the Electric Crane Operator's

Crane Operator's rate was $9.18 per hour, the total amount claimed
is $1,468.80, this to be divided equally among the five Claimants.
