2. That accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to make the aforementioned
T. H. Campbell whole by compensating him in the amount of eight (8)
hours compensation at the pro-rata rate per day for each of the
33 days he was aribtrarily withheld from Carrier service and removal
of the entry of investigation and/or censure from his personal record
plus compensation for or restoration of, all rights, benefits, or
privileges of which he may have been deprived, during this 33 day
period. Claim to begin 8:00 a.m., March 7, 1980 to and including
11:59 p.m., April 14, 1980.

Statement:

The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
