Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That in violation of the current Agreement, Electrician Apprentice
M. D. Race of West Burlington, Iowa, was unjustly suspended from the
service of Burlington Northern, from December 22, 1980 through
December 26, 1980, inclusive, a period of five (5) days.
2. That accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to compensate Electrician
Apprentice Race for the five (5) day suspension at pro-rata rate,
remove the entry of investigation and discipline from his personal
record, together with restoration of all lost vacation time, railroad
retirement benefits, holidays, sick pay or hospitalization benefits
and any other rights, privileges or benefits to which he may be
entitled under schedules, rules, Agreements or laws.

ent:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
