Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Company
violated the current agreement dated September 1, 1949, as amended,
when on October 24, 1980 it placed a new interpretation on Rule 36
by denying the Local Committeeman Clayton Cameron the right to
represent his constituents when delegated.
2. That the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Company be
ordered to comply with all the provisions of Rule 36 as negotiated.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request front
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
