Parties to Dispute:
( Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Company
Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Company
violated the current agreement on October 30, 1980 when it arbitrarily
removed Electrician Gregory W. Schulz from his regular assignment
and placed a junior employee on his position.
2. That the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Company be
ordered to return Electrician Schulz to his original position and
compensate him for eight hours' wages per day at the current rate of
pay for each day that the violation occurred, commencing with October
30, 1980 and ending on the date that Mr. Schulz is returned to his
original position.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in.receipt of a
request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
