( Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company
Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company on August 6, 1980
violated the current Agreement effective January 1, 1968 as amended,
in particular, Rule 30, when Electrician J. A. Myers was unjustly
reprimanded for alleged violations of Rule 7 of the Seaboard Coast
Line Railroad Company Rules & Regulations on July 11, 1980 at Hialeah,
Florida.
2. That accordingly, the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company remove
the letter of reprimand dated August 6, 1980 from the personal
record of Electrician J. A. Myers and all reference to this matter also
be stricken from his record.
Statement:
The above question was sugmitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
