Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company violated the controlling
agreement, in particular, Rules 93, 16(a) and 30 paragraph 2, and the
historical Protection Agreement of December 20, 1967 at Waycross,
Georgia, Waycross Service Facility beginning October 15, 1979 when
Mr. 0. C. Wood, Shop Superintendent transferred this work to the
transportation employes' namely the Hostler Helpers.
2. That accordingly, the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company compensate
the following electricians:
S. M. Cannon J. F. Henderson N. B. Crews
G. A. Cason J. M. Shuman C. E. Dunlap
W. J. Vaughn T. D. Hodge H. R. Hilton
J. L. Gray D. E. Dowling J. B. Johnson
M. B. Dryden J. D. Woodard C. K. Sires
L. C. Cowart C. F. Ussury M. E. Odum
J. E. Brown T. C. Lucas B. R. James
in the amount of eight (8) hours each for each day at the pro rata
rate for this continuous time claim beginning October 15, 1979 and
ending when the jumper cable work is restored to the Electricians at
Waycross, Georgia, both dates inclusive.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the employes that the .E.se be withdrawn.
