Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company violated the current
agreement effective January 1, 1968, as amended, in particular Rule
19, when Electrician J. B. Johnson, I.D. No. 164560 was not allowed
to protect his regular bulletined assignment on August 31, 1980
resulting in loss of pay for the amount of six (6) and one-half
hours at Waycross, Georgia.
2. That as a result of the Seabord Coast Line Railroad Company not
allowing Electrician J. B. Johnson to work his assigned bulletined
position, further resulted in his loss of holiday pay September 1,
1980 (Labor Day) in the amount of eight (8) hours.
3. Therefore accordingly, the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company be
ordered to compensate Electrician J. B. Johnson fourteen (14) and
one-half
(k)
hours at the pro rata rate of pay.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
