1. That the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company violated the controlling
agreement, in particule, Rule 4(c), (3) and 7(d) when Communication
Maintainer W. L. Braswell was required to perform service after his
normal work day May 23, 1979 relative to attending Operating Rule
Meeting at Savannah, Georgia.
2. That accordingly, the Seabord Coast Line Railroad Company compensate
Communication Maintainer W. L. Braswell in the amount of four (4)
hours at the overtime rate for service required after his normal
work day May 23, 1979.
Statement:

The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
