1. That the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company violated the controlling
agreement, in particular Rule 4(c), (e) and 7(d) when Communication
Maintainer J. K. Shearin was required to perform service after his
normal work day May 29, 1979 relative to attending Operating Rule
Meeting at Wildwood, Florida.
2. That accordingly, the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company compensate
Communication Maintainer J. K. Shearin in the amount of three (3)
hours at the overtime rate for service required after his normal work
day on May 29, 1979.
Statement:

The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
