Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company violated the controlling
agreement, in particular Rule 9 and Appendix "W", when Electrician
J. A. Braswell was denied eleven and one-half (112) hours overtime
on Saturday, April 14, 1979.
2. That accordingly, the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company compensate
Electrician J. A. Braswell in the amount of eleven and one-half (112)
hours at the overtime rate of pay for Saturday, April 14, 1979.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
