Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Company
violated the current agreement dated September 1, 1949, as amended,
when on May 5, 1981 it denied Electrician Helper Hunter Murdock his
right to displace a junior employee.
2. That the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Company be
ordered to allow Mr. Murdock to exercise his seniority rights to his
rightful position and compensate Mr. Murdock for all lost wages and
benefits since May 5, 1981.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
