Parties to Dispute:
( Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company
Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company violated the controlling
agreement, in particular, Rule 32, when Electrician K. J. Smith was
unjustly dismissed from service on September 20, 1979.
2. That accordingly, the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company compensate
Electrician K. J. Smith in the amount of eight (8) hours per day at
the pro rata rate for the period commencing September 20, 1979 and
ending the day he is reinstated to his position as Electrician at
Hialeah, Florida. Both dates inclusive. In addition Electrician
K. J. Smith be allowed all other benefits that accrue to his position.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is ,now in receipt of a
request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
