Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company violated the controlling
agreement, in particular Rule 9 and Appendix "Q", when Electrician
E. Q. Arnold was denied five (5) hours overtime on November 28, 1979.
2. That accordingly, the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company compensate
Electrician E. Q. Arnold in the amount of five (5) hours at the
overtime rate of pay for Tuesday, November 6, 1979.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
