addition Referee Robert W. McAllister when award was rendered.

Parties to Dispute:
( Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company
Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the Seabord Coast Line Railroad Company violated Rule 30(b) of the
current agreement effective January 1, 1978, when it failed to render
timely decision within sixty (60) days from the date of conference
held May 20, 1980. Therefore claim in behalf of Communications
Maintainer Wilson B. Lloyd should be allowed as presented.
2. That commencing August 9, 1979 the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad
Company violated the current agreement effective January 1, 1968,
as amended, in particular Rule 35, when it unjstly suspended
Communications Maintainer Wilson B. Lloyd and subsequently and
unjustly removed him from service of the Carrier.
3. Therefore accordingly the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company should
be ordered to compensate Communications Maintainer Wilson B. Lloyd
for eight (8) hours each day at the pro rata rate commencing August
9, 1979 and continuing until Maintainer Lloyd is reinstated with his
seniority rights unimpaired and all other benefits that accrue to his
position are restored.
Statement: -
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.,
