Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company violated the controlling,
agreement, in particular Rule 9 and Appendix "Q", when on June 20,
1979 Electrician M. W. Rogers was denied thirteen (13) hours at the
overtime rate at Florence, South Carolina.
2. That accordingly, the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company compensate
Electrician M. W. Rogers in the amount of thirteen (13) hours at the
overtime rate of pay for the date of Wednesday, June 20, 1979, account
of the violation.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
