Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company violated the current
agreement effective January 1, 1968, in particular Rules 92, 93, 15,
26 and 114 and Memorandum of Understanding dated December 20, 1967
when beginning January 5, 1980 Plumber H. M. Wilson was employed to
perform electrical workers' work and was assigned to fill the vacancy
of Traveling Electrician M. H. Gaskins in Jacksonville, Florida.
,2. That accordingly, the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company be ordered
to compensate Electricians W. T. Smith, P. B. Johns and J. V. chesser
for each day Plumber W. M. Wilson performs electrical work at the
time and one-half rate of pay to be divided equally; that Plumber
W. M. Wilson be removed from the electricians position and the
vacancy of Electrician Gaskins be filled in accordance with Rule 15
of the current agreement.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
