Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That under .the current Agreement, Mechanical Department Electrician
I. R. Bias was unjustly treated when he was dismissed from service on
December 30, 1980, following investigation for alleged violation of
portions of Rules 810 and "G" of the General Rules and Regulations
of the Southern Pacific Transportation Company (Pacific Lines). Said
alleged violation occurring on December 15, 16, and 17, 1980.
2. That accordingly, the Southern Pacific Transportation Company (Pacific
Lines) be ordered to:
(a) Restore Electrician I. R. Bias to service with all rights
unimpaired including service and seniority, loss of wages,
vacation, payment of hospital and medical insurance, group
disability insurance, railrod retirement contributions, and
the loss of wages to include interest at the rate of six
percent (6y) per annum.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
