Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the St. Louis Southwestern Railway Company improperly assigned
Electrician J. C. Turner, when they assigned him rest days other than
Saturday and Sunday on a job which works seven (7) days per week.
2. That accordingly the St. Louis Southwestern Railway Company be ordered
to compensate Electrician J. C. Turner, four (4) hours straight time
for each Saturday worked, eight (8) hours for each Sunday worked at
straight time continuous commencing with October 24, 1981. Eight (8)
hours each day for Tuesday and Wednesday at straight time commencing with
October 27, 1981 and continuous until date Electrician J. C. Turner is
placed on the proper rest days, both dates inclusive.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the employee that the case be withdrawn.
