Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the Louisville and Nashville Railroad Company violated the
current Agreement effective September 1, 1943, as subsequently revised
and amended in particular Rule 32 and Rule 134, when they arbitrarily
suspended Electrician J. R. Adcock, Jr. from service for a period of
sixty (60) days beginning October 5, 1981, following an investigation
held on September 8, 1981.
2. That accordingly, the Louisville and Nashville Railroad Company be
ordered to compensate Electrician J. R. Adcock, Jr. for all time
lost with all rights and privileges unimpaired and to remove any
record of this investigation or its results from his personal file.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the parties that the case be withdrawn.
