Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That as a result of a formal investigation held
on
December 5, 1979,
Section Lineman G. R. Brady was unjustly dismissed from service of
the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad Company
on
December
10, 1979.
2. That Section Lineman G. R. Brady be reinstated with all compensation
for time lost from November 27, 1979, loss of vacation pay, and
other benefits lost, health and welfare benefits reinstated and
insurance benefits reinstated because of the improper dismissal.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was requested, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
