Dispute: Claim of &nployes:
1. That the Kansas City Southern/Louisiana & Arkansas Railway Company
violated Rules 24(a), 28(a), (1), 62, and 64 of the April 1,
1980 controlling Agreement when they allowed Laborer Odom to operate
the overhead electric traveling crane - June 30, 1981, at Shreveport,
Louisiana.
2. That, accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to compensate Electrician
S.J.Lavery, claimant - who was available for call, four (4) hours
at pro-rata rate for June 30, 1981.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second
Division o
f the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex
parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt
of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
