Dispute: Claim of Employes:

1. That Laborers G. R. Foster, Sr., Thomas Williams, V. J. Anderson, J. D.

Walker, F. E. Poole and E. R. Mitchell were unjustly removed from the

Seniority Roster of the Johnston Car Department, Memphis, Tennessee,

which resulted in the loss of seniority and wages.

2. That accordingly, the Illinois Central Gulf Railroad be ordered to

restore the original seniority of the Laborers involved and to compensate

the Laborers for all time lost, and all other benefits be restored that

they would have been eligible for from May 7, 1981, in accord with

their original seniority dates.

Statement:

The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte farm, haf'aring thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the Carrier that the case be withdrawn.
