Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the Houston Belt and Terminal Railway Company violated Rules 22,
23 (a), 99, and 100 of the September 1, 1949 controlling agreement when
they assigned Laborer Pryor between 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Sunday,
November 22, 1981, to disconnect No. 1 and 2 traction motor leads or:
Belt Unit 42 thereby depriving Electrician O. Wooldridge of his
contractual rights to said work under the provisions of the Agreement
at Houston, Texas.
2. That, accordingly, Carrier be ordered to compensate Electrician O.
Wooldridge two hours and forty minutes (2'40") at the overtime rate for
Sunday, November 22, 1981.
Statement
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the Employes that the case be withdrawn.
