Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the Houston Belt and Terminal Railway Company violated Rules 22,
23 (a), 99, and 100 of the September 1, 1949 controlling agreement when
they assigned Machinist Childs between 7:00 a.m. and 12 noon on Tuesday,
November 3, 1981, to remove the main generator brushes on Belt Unit 60
thereby depriving
Electrician T
. Cochran of his contractual rights
under the provisions of the Agreement at Houston, Texas.
2. That, accordingly, Carrier be ordered to compensate Electrician T.
Cochran two hours and forty minutes (2'40") at the overtime rate for
Tuesday, November 3, 1981.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex pane form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the Employes that the case be withdrawn.
