Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the Louisville and Nashville Railroad Company improperly employed
the use of an Outside Contractor, and three employees of the Midwest
Commodities Company, to tansfer large rolls of paper from Q. C. 75268 to
SCL 79952 taking from 8:00 AM, until 3:30 PM, on October 30, 1981.
2. Accordingly, the Louisville and Nashville Railroad Company should be
ordered to compensate Cayman G. L. Snodgrass, B. S. Hutchinson and L.
A. Whitsell seven (7) hours and thirty (30) minutes each at the time
and one-half rate of pay.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the Employes that the case be withdrawn.
