Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Company
violated the provisions of Article II, Section 3, of the August 21, 1954 National
Agreement when they refused to pay Carman J. Mickle for the Holiday pay due him from
the Fourth of July Holiday, July 4, 1983.
2. That the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Company be
ordered to pay Carman J. Mickle in the amount o f eight (8) hours pay at the applicable
rate for the Holiday of July 4, 1983.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
