That Organization's Section 6 Notice to Amend Classification of Work Rules dated February 20, 1981 is in violation of and barred by existing agreements between the parties. The aforementioned Section 6 Notice must, therefore, be withdrawn by the organization.

Statement:

The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Carrier in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the Carrier that the case be withdrawn.
