Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company violated Carmen M. D. Stewart,
M. A. Stewart, J. P. Besse, T. R. Howland and D. Doll's rights under Rule 32 by
disciplining them without benefit of formal investigation June 10, 1981.
2. That the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company be ordered to compensate
Carmen M. D. Stewart, M. A. Stewart, J. P. Besse and T. R. Howland one (1) hour
at the pro rata rate and Carman D. Doll eight (8) hours at the pro rata rate.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the Carrier that the case be withdrawn.
