Dispute: Claim of Ernployes:

1. That the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company violated Note to Rule 5 of the controlling Agreement, April 17, 1981, when Carman S. Pogue's job was worked on a holiday (Good Friday) by other than himself.

2. That the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company be ordered to compensate Carmen S. Pogue in the amount of eight (8) hours at the time and one-half, pro rata rate for holidays worked.

Statement:

The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the Carrier that the case be withdrawn.
