Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company violated the controlling
Agreement by transferring Carman Apprentice M. Eisenhour from the former Chicago
and Eastern Illinois Railroad Company property at Mitchell, Illinois to the St.
Louis Terminal at a higher rate of pay and allowed to bring the car apprentice
time he had served at Mitchell, Illinois to the St. Louis Terminal.
2. That the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company make the following Car
Apprentices whole by allowing the same rate of pay allowed Mr. Eisenhour and
requiring him to serve 757 days apprenticeship the same as them. Claimants are

M. Hitzemann, R. W. McLean, D. G. Becker, M. T. Whitehead, E. L. Kindrick, J. D.
Vastine and J. W. Coleman.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the Carrier that the case be withdrawn.
