Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company violated Rule 118, December
17, 1981, at Shreveport, Louisiana when they furloughed Carman Helper B. G.
McCrory and transferred Shop Laborer from the second shift to the first shift and
had him perform the duties that were previously performed'by Carman Helper
McCrory.
2. That the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company be ordered to compensate
Carman Helper B. G. McCrory for all wages lost starting December 17, 1981 and
continuing until violation is corrected.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the Carrier that the case be withdrawn.
