1. That the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company violated Section 6 of the
December 17, 1941 Agreement January 20 through 31, 1982 at North Little Rock,
Arkansas when carmen were removed from their assigned positions to fill vacation
vacancy of Car Inspector D. G. West.

2. That the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company be ordered to compensate
Carman E. L. Farris in the amount of eight (8) hours at the pro rata rate.
Statement:;
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the Carrier that the case be withdrawn.
