Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company violated Rules 12, 14 and 117
of the controlling Agreement when they established two (2) new jobs at Bush, .
Illinois and refused to post them for bid by senior employes.
2. That the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company be ordered to compensate
Carman C. H. Hickerson for any and all wage loss starting April 20, 1982 and
continuing until violation is corrected.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the Carrier that the case be withdrawn.
