Dispute: Claim of Efiployes:
1. That the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company violated Rule 102 of the
controlling Agreement May 30, June 6 and 13, 1982 at Van Buren, Arkansas when
they assigned work being performed by Carmen to other employes.
2. That the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company be ordered to compensate
Carman L. C. Howe in the amount of eight (8) hours at the punative rate for each
date of violation.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the Carrier that the case be withdrawn.
