Dispute: Claim of Employes:

1. That the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company violated Rules 25 (a) and 1612 of the controlling Agreement, and Article V of Agreement of September 25, 1964, when they used other than Carmen to make air brake inspection and couple air hose on outbound train April 10, 1982 at Brownsville, Texas.

2. That the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company be ordered to compensate Carman E. Kriegal in the amount of twelve (12) hours at the pro rata rate.

Statement:

The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the Carrier that the case be withdrawn.
