1. That the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company violated Rules 20, 25(a) and
102 of the controlling Agreement, and Agreement of September 25, 1964 when they
abol;Lshed. the Locomotive Carpenter job at the diesel shop, Houston, Texas, May
12,. 1982.
2..: That the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company be ordered to compensate
Carman...W_ O. Bodecker in the amount- of twelve (12) hours per day, five (5) days
per week starting May 12, 1982 -and continuing until violation is corrected.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now
in
receipt of a request from
the Carrier that the case be withdrawn.
