1. That the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company violated Rule 22 and Agreement
of August 17, 1978 when they refused to transfer laid off Carmen M. Kallies, J.
Garcia, J. Lozano, and J. Calamntz to vacant jobs at San Antonio, Texas.
2. That the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company be ordered to compensate
Carmen M. Kallies, J. Garcia, J. Lozano, and J. Calamntz for eight (8J hours each
per each working day, starting June 21, 1982 and continuing until violation is
corrected.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the Carrier that the case be withdrawn.
